Class schedule
Beginner’s Class
Schedule: Tuesdays/Thursdays: 4:30-5:15pm
In this class, athletes will begin to learn the basics of wrestling. With a focus on gymnastic movements and wrestling games, this class builds an athlete’s physical base, as well as giving them an understanding of the sport’s goals/aims.
Competition class
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday: 4:30-6:00pm, Sunday: 12:00pm-1:30pm
In this class, athletes will condition, drill and train to be competition ready. With an emphasis on dynamic drilling, situational sparring, and live training, this class is designed to prepare our wrestlers for scholastic and national competitions.
